3. No refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges are not possible for any reason, including simple change of mind, incorrect size, changes due to aging (hydrolysis, cracking, etc.), or minor scratches.
To prevent product swaps, we video-record the entire process, including product condition and serial number, up to and including box sealing.
