## IMPORTANT - Please Read Carefully Before Renting

🌟 **Condition & Handling:**
* All costume components are meticulously checked before dispatch.
* **Missing/Lost Items:** If components are missing (lost or removed by the renter), you will be charged the new retail price for replacements available from the original shop. If unavailable, you'll be charged the full original price of the costume.
* **Severe Damage:** Significant damage, including strong odors (sea smell or other foul odors), will be assessed and may incur charges ranging from 10% to 100% of the current retail price, based on photographic evidence.
* Please treat the costume with care as it is a rental item.

🌟 **Wig Care:**
* **DO NOT** use face glue or styling products on the wig. If glue residue is found and cannot be removed, an additional fee of 0.3 will be charged for restoration.
* Cutting or heat styling the wig is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in charges for a new wig.

🌟 **Accessory Handling:**
* All accessories will be sent detached to prevent damage during transit. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with reassembly.
* **Pin Usage:** If you intend to use safety pins, please specify the location beforehand. Unapproved pin marks will be considered damage.

🌟 **Water Activities:**
* Water-based photoshoots are strictly prohibited.

🌟 **Shipping Costs:**
* Shipping fees are **not included** and are the responsibility of the renter. Round-trip shipping costs will vary based on the weight of the costume.

🌟 **Rental Timing:**
* For urgent rentals, availability is limited to items currently at my location. (Components may be stored at my residence and my parents' home).
* Costumes will be shipped 3 business days prior to your event date. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the courier service.

🌟 **Undergarment Policy:**
* Wearing inner garments (like a slip or camisole) is mandatory for all rental costumes. If this is not possible due to the costume's design (e.g., low back), please discuss it with us in advance.
* For items explicitly marked "Inner Wear Required," not wearing undergarments is absolutely not permitted for any reason. Violation will result in charges for costume cleaning.
* If the costume cannot be restored to its original condition even after professional cleaning, you will be charged the full retail price.

🌟 **Return Policy:**
* Rental items must be returned by 6 PM the day after your scheduled event date.
* Failure to send the return tracking information by 6 PM will incur a late fee equivalent to the daily rental cost of the costume.

🌟 **Rental Rates:**
* The listed rental price is for event use. For cosplay cafe (집코) use, the price is 1.0.

🖋️ 의상 대여 드리기 전, 구성품 하나하나 확인 후 보내드립니다.

기존 확인되었던 구성에서 구성품이 빠진 경우 (분실, 임의 제거) : 기재된 샵에서 구매 가능한 경우 구성품 신품 가격 요구, 불가능할 시 의류 정가 요구합니다.

장식이나 의류에 심한 하자 (너무 심한 바다 냄새, 혹은 악취 포함) 가 확인될 시, 경우에 따라 현재 판매 중인 의류 정가의 10%부터 의류 정가 100%까지 요구합니다. (사진으로 대조합니다.)
대여이기 때문에 조금 더 소중히 다뤄주세요!

🖋️ 가발에 페이스글루 사용하지 말아주세요. 글루 흔적 원복 안 될 시 힐링비로 0.3 추가 부과합니다.
가발 커팅, 고데기 금지입니다.
적발 시 새 가발 가격으로 청구합니다.

🖋️ 모든 장식은 손상 우려로 탈착해서 보내드립니다.

🖋️ 옷핀 사용시 어느 부위 사용할 예정인지 따로 말씀해주셔야 합니다. 합의되지 않은 부분 옷핀 흔적 발생 시 하자로 간주합니다.

🖋️ 수중촬영은 금지입니다.

🖋️ 운송비는 미포함입니다. 운송비는 의류의 무게에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 왕복 운송비 모두 부담해주셔야합니다.

🖋️ 급한 대여일 경우 있는 환경에 있는 매물만 가능합니다. (현물이 자취방, 본가에 나누어 있음)
배송은 영업일 3일 전에 보내드립니다. 택배사 책임으로 인한 지연은 환불드리지 않습니다.

🖋️ 모든 대여 의상 이너 필수 착용 부탁드립니다. 만약 불가피한 경우 (등이 파여있거나 한 경우) 는 미리 합의 부탁드립니다.

상세에 (이너 착용 필수) 따로 붙여놓은 물품은 이너 미착용이 어떤 이유에서든 불가합니다.
만약 적발 시 의상 세탁비용 청구합니다.
세탁소에서 세탁 후에도 원복 불가능할 시 제품 정가 또한 청구합니다.

🖋️ 대여 물품 반납은 예정되었던 행사 일자 다음 날 오후 6시까지입니다.
반납 운송장 오후 6시까지 미발송하실 시
연체료 하루 당 동일 의상 대여금액 추가 부과 됩니다.
