[BUNJANG] Ancient Chinese Bronze Ding Vessel / 청동 제기 고대 유물

An exquisite bronze vessel in the Fang Ding style, originating from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties of ancient China (circa 1600 BCE - 256 BCE).

This piece was a high-ranking ceremonial vessel used by royalty and nobility. The body is intricately adorned with a Taotie motif, a design symbolizing protection against evil spirits and imperial authority, rendered in high relief. The interior base features ancient script, Jinwen (inscriptions), adding to its profound antique charm, characteristic of both Western and Eastern historical artifacts.

This is not a common, inexpensive reproduction. It has been personally owned and displayed for over 20 years. The patina and verdigris are natural, developed over centuries of exposure to ambient humidity and air, creating an authentic aged appearance that cannot be replicated.

Its dignified presence makes it a highly recommended decorative piece for cafes, studios, studies, or living rooms, or as a valuable addition to any antique collection.

고대 중국 상(商)·주(周) 시대(기원전 1600년 ~ 기원전 256년)

왕실과 귀족들의 최고급 예기(禮器)인 방정(方鼎) 양식을 고방한 청동기입니다.

몸체 전면에는 악귀를 쫓고 권위를 상징하는 도철문(동물얼굴무늬)이 입체적으로 정교하게 각인되어 있으며, 내부 바닥에는 고대 서체인 금문(명문)까지 그대로 살아있어 고풍스러운 서양·동양 골동품 특유의 멋이 가득합니다.

시중의 흔한 저가 재현품들과는 확연히 다릅니다. 제가 개인적으로 구입해 방에 두고 소장한 지 벌써 20년이 넘은 물건입니다.
