Rent the iconic Coronation Dress of Anna from Frozen for your special occasions, such as graduation photoshoots and costume parties.

**Rental Details:**
* **Deposit:** ₩20,000 (Refundable upon return in original condition)
* **Rental Fee:** ₩25,000
* **Total (Excluding Shipping):** ₩45,000 + Transaction Fees

**Included Items:**
* Sleeveless top
* Dress

**Optional Add-ons:**
* Necklace: +₩3,000
* Petticoat: +₩6,000
* Shoes (Sizes 225, 230): +₩4,000
* Shoes (Size 235): +₩5,000

**Sizing:**
* Available in S, M (Default size sent is S)

**Shipping:**
* Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the renter.
* **IMPORTANT:** The costume **must be shipped back on the same day** of use.
* Late returns will incur an additional charge of ₩6,000 per day.
* **SHIPPING METHOD:** Must use **Korea Post (우체국택배)**. Failure to do so will result in a ₩6,000 deduction from your deposit.

**Rental Policy & Precautions:**
* **No Refunds:** Cancellations or refunds requested suddenly after booking are not possible.
* **Shipping Delays:** We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier service.
* **Size Issues:** Refunds due to incorrect sizing are not possible. Please confirm your size and required date when booking. (Default size is S).
* **Damage Compensation:** In case of damage to the costume:
* Minor damage to the top: ₩10,000 compensation
* Severe damage to the top: ₩30,000 compensation
* Minor damage to the bottom: ₩10,000 compensation
* Severe damage to the bottom: ₩50,000 compensation
* Damage to the necklace: ₩20,000 compensation
* **Cleaning Fees:** Dry cleaning costs (starting from ₩10,000) will be charged if the item is returned with stains. Additional charges may apply depending on the severity of the stain.
* **Deposit Return:** The deposit will be refunded after the item is returned and inspected. Please note that this process may take 2-3 business days.
* **Reporting Issues:** While the costume is inspected before sending, please report any damages or issues immediately upon receipt. Failure to do so may result in you being held responsible.
* **Second-hand Rentals:** During peak seasons, the costume might be sent directly from a previous renter. If you prefer not to receive it this way, please inform us in advance. We will arrange for a separate inspection and dispatch if requested.
* **On-time Returns:** If there's a subsequent booking, failure to ship the costume back on the same day will make you liable for the next renter's rental fee.
