Thank you for your continuous support of HallyuSuperstore. We are thrilled to share that our K-pop merchandise online shopping mall is experiencing exponential growth in revenue every year. Despite our success, we currently have a shortage of staff (currently 10 staff members), leading to slower order fulfillment and an increase in customer complaints. To address this, we have plans to move to a larger office and fulfillment center next year, and we will be hiring more staff to better meet the needs of our customers. We appreciate your patience as we work towards making our company bigger and more stable.
Here are some updates for December:
1. Establishment of US Corporation (HallyuSuperstore Inc)
We are in the process of establishing our US subsidiary corporation, which will take approximately 2-6 weeks. Once completed (and we have just filed the necessary documents), we will be adding more payment gateways such as Shop Pay and Stripe. Following the successful implementation of these options, we will also introduce other payment methods like Gpay and Apple Pay, providing you with a wider range of payment choices.
2. Changes to Paypal Usage: (After completing new Payment Gateways)
Due to various shortcomings with Paypal, including erroneous transactions, double charges, and a 4% cancellation fee, we will be limiting Paypal as an option for values under $80. For orders exceeding $80, Paypal will not be visible as a payment option. Rest assured, we will not implement this change until the new payment gateways are completely available.
3. Korean Local Payments
In a few weeks, we are excited to announce that all Korean local payments will be possible! This includes Korean credit card payments, Naver Pay, and Kakao Pay, making it easier for customers in Korea to purchase items just like our international customers. We are currently in the process of converting Korean sites (hallyusuperstore.com/ko), which will be completed soon.
