[BUNJANG] Donggeouyo Celadon Vase / 동거우요청자매병. 이벤트

A Donggeouyo celadon vase from the Song and Jin dynasties. Donggeouyo, located in Dawei Town, Luzhou City, Henan Province, belongs to the Luzhou celadon kiln system of the Song and Jin periods. It shares the craftsmanship of Ruyao and Junyao, characterized by its predominantly green glaze and a lustrous, smooth surface. The exposed parts of the base ring show a reddish-brown hue.

Donggeouyo kilns began production in the Northern Song dynasty, reached their peak in the Jin dynasty, and declined in the Yuan dynasty. They represent a significant folk kiln tradition in the Luzhou region. Some of its finest pieces were once tribute items to the imperial court, with its glaze techniques showing the dual influence of Ruyao and Junyao.

This artifact is a typical example of a dark green celadon glaze, presenting a warm and soft surface with subtle dark spots, characteristic of Donggeouyo celadon's smooth glaze. The glaze layer is thick, and the luster is understated.

The exposed part of the base ring displays a reddish-brown color (kiln blush), and the glaze is applied fully only to the central part of the base, not extending to the very bottom, consistent with the foot-trimming technique of Donggeouyo vases. The vase's form is straight and elegant, featuring a short neck, a slightly everted rim, a full shoulder, and a tapered belly, embodying the typical shape of Northern celadon from the Song and Jin dynasties.

둥거우요 청자 매병으로, 둥거우요는 허난성 루저우시 다위진에 위치하며 송·금 시대 루저우 청자 요계에 속합니다. 또한 루요와 쥔요의 공예적 특징을 함께 지니고 있으며, 주로 총록·천청 유색을 띠고 유면은 윤기 있고 매끄럽습니다. 바닥 다리의 태가 드러난 부분은 적갈색을 띠어있습니다 둥거우요는 북송 때 처음 구워지기 시작해 금대에 전성기를 맞고 원대에 쇠퇴했으며, 루저우 지역의 중요한 민요입니다. 일부 명품은 한때 어궁에 진상되었고, 태유 공예는 루관요와 쥔요의 이중한 영향을 받았습니다.
이 기물은 전형적인 총청록유로, 유면은 온화하고 부드러우며 잔잔한 검은 점이 보이는데, 이는 둥거우요 청자의 부드러운유면 표현입니다. 유층은 두껍고 광택은 은은합니다.
융기 다리에서 태가 드러나는 부분은 홍갈색(요홍태)이며, 유약은 바닥까지 바르지 않고 바닥의 중심부에만 가득 발라져 있어 둥거우요 매병의 다리 다듬기 공예에 부합합니다.매병의 형태는 곧고 우아하며, 짧은 목과 꺾인 가장자리, 풍만한 어깨와 오므라든 배를 갖추어 송·금 시대 북방 청자의 대표적인 기형 양식입니다.
