Opened once to check for defects and then stored back in the box. The cushion is also a new product, still in its original unopened packaging!
To my eyes, which are not particularly sensitive, there were no major defects.
It will be shipped in the original carton box it arrived in. As there is no appropriately sized courier box, it will be sent via post.
