This is an early Goryeo Dynasty (10th-11th century) celadon melon-shaped wide-mouth vase. The wide-mouth vase has a wide opening compared to its neck. This artifact features a long-necked, wide-mouthed form with a full body and an engraved melon-shaped pattern repeating across the entire surface.

During the firing process, air entered the walls, causing a slight bulge, resembling a belly button, which is quite interesting. Early Goryeo Dynasty wide-mouth vases often exhibit a yellowish-green glaze, but this piece has a cloudy jade color, and both the glaze and color are excellent.

Measurements: Height 26cm x Mouth Diameter 8cm.

Except for a thumb-sized chip repair on the mouth, the condition is good and suitable for use as a vase.

광구병은 목에 비하여 입구가 넓은 병으로, 이 기물은 목이 긴 광구(넓은 입) 형태에
풍만한 몸체, 전면에 반복되는 참외골 형태의 음각선 문양이 돋보이는 기물입니다
번조시 공기의 유입으로 기벽에 일부가 부풀어 올랐는데 마치 배꼽의 모양처럼 생겨 재미가 있습니다
보통 고려시대 전기 광구병은 황청자 계열이 많은데, 본 기물은 탁한 비색을 띠며, 유약, 색 모두 좋습니다
