- The renter is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
- Please ship the outfit back via express post on the same day you receive it.
- Additional charges will apply for lost items or damage to the clothing.
- Failure to ship back on the same day may result in a ₩3,000 deduction from the deposit.
- Refunds are generally not possible. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
- In case of unforeseen shipping delays, refunds will not be issued.
