## Heidi Dress and Scarf Costume Rental

**Rental Period:** Available for rent from May 14th onwards.

**Rental Includes:** Heidi Dress and Scarf.

**Rental Fee:**
* Dress + Scarf: ₩25,000
* Security Deposit: ₩10,000
* **Total Payment (including shipping): ₩40,000**

**Inquiries:** Please specify your graduation photo shoot date when inquiring about rental availability.

**Cancellation Policy:**
* Within 3 days of payment: Full refund.
* After 3 days of payment: Refund of rental fee only (security deposit non-refundable).
* 3 days prior to rental date: No refund.
* Upon receiving the item (if there are issues): Refund of the rental fee is possible if a video of the unboxing process is provided. Security deposit is non-refundable in this case.

**Shipping & Return:**
* Shipping occurs at least one day before the rental date. We will attempt to ship it out as quickly as possible to accommodate the next renter.
* Return on the day of your photoshoot via Post Office (ensure next-day delivery option is selected).

**Late Return Fee:**
* If the next renter is affected: Rental fee + Security Deposit + ₩5,000 late fee.
* If no other renter is affected: ₩5,000 per day late fee.

**Security Deposit Return:**
* The security deposit will be returned upon confirmation of the item's condition after you receive it.
* The item must be returned in its original condition, free from any smells, makeup stains, tears, or other blemishes.

- 택배 수령 후 반품(문제 있을 시) -> 택배 열람 영상
첨가시 대여비 환불 가능, 보증금 ❌
