**Rental Information:**

* **No Deposit, No Negotiation:** Prices are firm and no security deposit is required.
* **Reservation Policy:** Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.

**Costume Details:**
* **Includes:** Dress, cape, and headband.
* **Sizing:** Based on a 163cm individual, the dress length falls slightly above the knee. The elastic waistband provides a comfortable and stretchy fit.

**Verification Process:**
To ensure security and prevent fraud, we require identity verification. This includes submitting a photo of your student ID or government-issued ID along with your ID to confirm your identity. You will also need to provide your name, age, phone number, address, and workplace or school details. This information is used solely for shipping and fraud prevention and will be securely deleted after the costume is returned in good condition.

**Shipping:**
* **Method:** We primarily use Korea Post (우체국 택배) for next-day delivery to ensure arrival before your rental date.
* **Alternative Shipping:** Convenience store shipping (편의점 택배) is available upon request. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from convenience store shipping services. Korea Post is recommended for secure delivery, while convenience store shipping offers a more economical option.

**Returns:**
* **Timeliness:** Please return the costume on the rental date. For the convenience of other renters and their photoshoots, it must be shipped out by the morning of the day after your rental date.
* **Return Methods:** You can use Korea Post, convenience store pickup (반택), or other standard courier services.
* **Return Shipping Cost:** The renter is responsible for return shipping fees.
* **Late Returns:** Late returns or requests for an additional rental day will incur a fee of ₩10,000 per day.

**Refund Policy:**
* **No Refunds for Personal Reasons:** If you receive the costume on time but are unable to use it due to personal reasons, refunds will not be provided.
* **Full Refund for Non-Delivery:** If you do not receive the costume on your rental date, a full refund will be issued.

**Damage Policy:**
* **Minor Damages:** Minor damages may incur an additional charge, typically less than the base rental fee (₩20,000).
* **Significant Damages:** In cases of severe damage or large tears, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the costume (₩50,000).
* **Reporting Damage:** If any damage occurs, please contact us immediately before sending the item back.

배송은 대여일 하루 전 날엔 도착할 수 있게 우체국 택배로 되도록 빠르게 보내드리고 있습니다.
편의점 택배 요청 시 택배 배송사의 문제는 제가 책임지지 않습니다. 안전한 거래를 원하시면 우체국 택배를, 저렴한 배송비를 원하시면 편의점 택배를 이용해주세요! 졸업사진 시즌에는 대여자에서 다음 대여자로 절 거치지 않고 배송이 될 수 있습니다!

💙반납
반납은 최대한 대여일 당일에 부탁드려요! 다른 분들의 원활한 대여와 촬영을 위해 다음 날 오전까지는 보내주셔야 해요!! 우체국,반택,일택 편하신대로 반납해주세요. 반납 택배비는 대여자 부담입니다.
늦게 보내시거나 하루 추가 대여시 추가 대여비 +10000원 받습니다.

💜환불
의상을 제 날짜에 받았는데 대여자분의 개인 사유로
못 입으신 경우에는 환불해드리지 않습니다.
의상을 대여일에 받지 못 하신 경우에는 전액 환불 해드립니다.

💗하자
의상에 하자가 있는 경우는 추가금 받습니다.(의상 기본 2만원) 자잘한 하자는 기본금보다 낮아질 수 있지만
심한 하자나 큰 찢어짐이 있는 경우에는 의상 원금을 지불 해주셔야 합니다.(5만원)
하자가 생긴 경우 반납 보내시기 전 꼭!! 빠르게 연락 부탁드립니다!!
