This listing is for the rental of a Japanese school uniform. Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

### Reservation & Payment:
* Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment. If payment is delayed, your reservation may be passed to the next person.
* By making a reservation, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this listing and the accompanying photos. Please ensure you understand and consent to all details before booking.

### Condition Check & Confirmation:
* Upon receiving the uniform, please check all components and their condition immediately on the same day. Please confirm receipt promptly.
* If no issues are reported by midnight on the day of delivery, the receipt will be considered normal.
* Delayed confirmation may result in delays in settlement and deposit refunds. Please only proceed if you can confirm receipt promptly.

### Returns & Late Fees:
* **Return Deadline:** 4:30 PM on the return date.
* Failure to complete the return by 4:30 PM will incur an immediate late fee of ₩10,000.
* **Extended/Overdue Return Deadline:** 1:00 PM on the day following the reservation date.
* If the return is delayed beyond the next day by 1:00 PM, an additional ₩10,000 will be charged per day. This applies to weekends and public holidays as well.

### Important Notes on Returns:
* Please ensure you can return the uniform on time or contact us in advance if you anticipate a delay. Only proceed with the rental if you are responsible and capable of managing the return schedule.
* If you anticipate difficulty meeting the return time, please contact us in advance to inquire about extensions.
* The most common issue is return delays, which can significantly impact the next renter's schedule. You will be held responsible for any delays and potential damages.
* While unexpected circumstances can occur, please do not attempt to resolve issues independently. Maintain prompt communication and follow our instructions.
* Failure to return the uniform on time can affect the next renter's important schedule. Please consider this seriously and contact us *before* the due date if a delay is expected.
* Return issues are interconnected with your schedule, the next renter's schedule, overall booking coordination, and potential additional costs. Punctuality and prompt communication are crucial for a smooth rental process.

### Shipping & Logistics:
* The uniform will be shipped via express delivery two days prior to your rental date, typically arriving one day before.
* We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by the courier (e.g., holidays, logistics delays) after the item has been dispatched. Refunds will not be provided for such instances.
* Please keep app notifications enabled from the time of reservation until the end of your rental period. Respond to messages promptly, especially on the return date.
* The recipient's name and phone number on the package may be ours for tracking purposes. Please do not return the package if this occurs; verify it is the correct "우체국 택배" (Post Office Parcel Service) arriving within one week of your reservation date.

### Agreement:
* By reserving, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from a failure to adhere to these guidelines. You must be able to take responsibility and compensate for any issues that may arise. Proceed with the rental only if you agree to and will comply with these terms. All procedures and resolutions will be based on the information provided in this notice.

배송완료 후 당일 자정까지 말씀 없으시면 정상 수령으로 간주됩니다. 구매확정이 지연될 경우 정산 및 보증금 환급도 함께 지연되니, 해당 부분 바로 가능하신 분들만 진행 부탁드립니다.

💟 반납 관련 안내

˖◛⁺˖ 반납 마감 시간: 당일 오후 4시 30분
→ 4시 30분 이후 반납 완료 안 될 시 즉시 연체료 1만원 발생

˖◛⁺˖ 연장•연체 후 반납기한 : 예약일 다음 날 오후 1시
→ 반납 지연이 하루를 넘어 다음 날 오후 1시까지 미납될 경우,
1일당 1만원 추가되며, 주말 및 공휴일도 연체 적용됩니다.

🚨 반납 시간이 어려우실 것 같다면 반드시 꼭 미리 연장 문의 부탁드립니다
안내드린 절차와 주의사항만 잘 따라주시면 대부분 문제 없이 원활하게 진행되지만, 간혹 발생하는 가장 큰 문제는 반납 지연입니다....😿

미반납 또는 늦은 반납으로 다음 예약자 일정에 피해가 생길 경우 매우 큰 문제가 됩니다. 그에 따른 책임은 반드시 해당 대여자님께 있으며 상황에 따라 손해배상이 발생할 수 있습니다.
예상치 못한 사정으로 정해진 시간 내 반납이 어려울 수는 있지만, 그럴수록 절대 임의로 대응하지 마시고 끝까지 연락을 빠르게 확인하시며 반드시 주의사항과 저희 안내에 따라 협조해주셔야 합니다.

다음 예약자분의 중요한 일정까지 영향을 줄 수 있는 부분이므로 “조금 늦어도 괜찮겠지”가 아닌 반드시 책임감 있게 생각해 주시고 반납이 어려울 것 같다면, 꼭 사전에 말씀해 주세요 .ᐟ
반납 관련 문제는 본인 일정만이 아닌 다음 대여자분의 일정, 전체 예약 조율, 추가 비용 문제까지 모두 연결될 수 있으니 원활한 진행을 위해 반드시 꼭 시간 엄수와 빠른 소통 부탁드립니다 .ᐟ

💗 의상은 대여일 기준 2일 전 익일특급으로 접수되며, 보통 대여일 하루 전 도착 예정입니다.
정상적으로 접수된 이후 발생하는 (거의 없고 드물지만) 택배사 사정(휴무·물류 지연 등)으로 인한 배송 문제는 판매자 책임 및 환불이 어렵습니다.

특히 반납일에는 반드시 연락을 꼭 잘 확인해 주세요.
