**Important Note:** This Kakegurui uniform costume is out of print and no longer available for repurchase.

**Rental Agreement & Conditions:**

* **Confirmation:** Rentals are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment. Delays may result in your reservation being passed to the next applicant.
* **Terms & Conditions:** By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this listing and accompanying photos. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth rental experience.
* **Inspection Upon Arrival:** Please inspect the costume and all components immediately upon arrival on the same day of delivery. Confirm receipt promptly. If no issues are reported by midnight on the day of delivery, the costume will be considered received in good condition. Delayed confirmation may delay the return of your deposit.

**Return Policy:**

* **Return Deadline:** Returns must be completed by 4:30 PM on the return date. A late fee of ₩10,000 will be applied for returns after this time.
* **Extended Returns:** If an extension is granted, the new return deadline is 1:00 PM the following day. An additional ₩10,000 per day will be charged for any delays beyond this, including weekends and holidays.
* **Responsibility:** We request that only those who can adhere to the return schedule or communicate significant delays in advance proceed with the rental. Prompt and responsible returns are greatly appreciated.

**Late Returns & Penalties:**

* **Advance Notice:** If you anticipate difficulty meeting the return deadline, please contact us in advance to arrange an extension.
* **Consequences of Delay:** Failure to return the costume on time can disrupt subsequent rental schedules and may incur significant penalties, including compensation for damages to the next renter.
* **Communication is Key:** In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing timely return, do not attempt to resolve it independently. Maintain open communication and follow our guidance. The responsibility for any impact on subsequent renters lies with the current renter.
* **Impact:** Please consider the impact of late returns not only on your schedule but also on the next renter's important events, overall booking coordination, and potential additional costs. Timely returns and prompt communication are essential for a smooth process.

**Shipping & Logistics:**

* **Dispatch:** Costumes are typically dispatched via express shipping two days before the rental date, expected to arrive one day prior.
* **Delivery Issues:** We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service (e.g., holidays, logistical issues) after the item has been dispatched. Refunds will not be issued for such circumstances.
* **Communication:** Please keep app notifications enabled throughout your rental period and respond promptly to messages, especially on the return date.
* **Sender Information:** Some packages may be sent with our name and phone number as the recipient for tracking purposes. Please do not return these as misaddressed packages. Look for "우체국 택배" (Korea Post Express) within one week of your rental date.

**Agreement:**

By reserving this costume, you agree to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined. Any disadvantages arising from failure to read or understand these terms are not our responsibility. Renters must be able to comply with and agree to these terms, and any issues that arise will be handled based on the stated conditions.

분실 또는 제거 불가 오염, 찢김 등 심각한 손상 발생 시, 이후 예약된 모든 대여 일정 불가로 취소에 따른 배상 및 의상 제작 비용 전액이 청구됩니다.

💟 반납 관련 안내

˖◛⁺˖ 반납 마감 시간: 당일 오후 4시 30분
→ 4시 30분 이후 반납 완료 안 될 시 즉시 연체료 1만원 발생

˖◛⁺˖ 연장•연체 후 반납기한 : 예약일 다음 날 오후 1시
→ 반납 지연이 하루를 넘어 다음 날 오후 1시까지 미납될 경우,
1일당 1만원 추가되며, 주말 및 공휴일도 연체 적용됩니다.

안내드린 절차와 주의사항만 잘 따라주시면 대부분 문제 없이 원활하게 진행되지만, 간혹 발생하는 가장 큰 문제는 반납 지연입니다....😿

미반납 또는 늦은 반납으로 다음 예약자 일정에 피해가 생길 경우 매우 큰 문제가 됩니다. 그에 따른 책임은 반드시 해당 대여자님께 있으며 상황에 따라 손해배상이 발생할 수 있습니다.
예상치 못한 사정으로 정해진 시간 내 반납이 어려울 수는 있지만, 그럴수록 절대 임의로 대응하지 마시고 끝까지 연락을 빠르게 확인하시며 반드시 주의사항과 저희 안내에 따라 협조해주셔야 합니다.

다음 예약자분의 중요한 일정까지 영향을 줄 수 있는 부분이므로 “조금 늦어도 괜찮겠지”가 아닌 반드시 책임감 있게 생각해 주시고 반납이 어려울 것 같다면, 꼭 사전에 말씀해 주세요 .ᐟ
반납 관련 문제는 본인 일정만이 아닌 다음 대여자분의 일정, 전체 예약 조율, 추가 비용 문제까지 모두 연결될 수 있으니 원활한 진행을 위해 반드시 꼭 시간 엄수와 빠른 소통 부탁드립니다 .ᐟ

💗 의상은 대여일 기준 2일 전 익일특급으로 접수되며, 보통 대여일 하루 전 도착 예정입니다.
정상적으로 접수된 이후 발생하는 (거의 없고 드물지만) 택배사 사정(휴무·물류 지연 등)으로 인한 배송 문제는 판매자 책임 및 환불이 어렵습니다.
