A painting of Myogilsangdo, depicting a laughing Buddha, by Danwon Kim Hongdo. The style is somewhat unrealistic compared to the actual Myogilsangdo in museums, resembling the Maitreya Buddha. It also shows similarities to the works of Eom Chiyuk, a painter during Kim Hongdo's time, possibly influenced by him. It is speculated that Kim Hongdo painted the landscape while his student painted the Buddha. The painting is believed to be from the late Joseon Dynasty. The suggested price is 20 million.
