Volume 1: Memorial Records
This manuscript is a memorandum detailing the costs associated with the construction of the Park clan's ancestral hall in Geumsan-dong, Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do. The dates appear to be Gyeyear ( 계해년), likely corresponding to the period between 1923 and 1983.

Volume 2: Kanpyeongchochaek (간평초책)
A highly significant handwritten manuscript from the late Joseon Dynasty (circa 1927-1930). This volume records the rent collected by wealthy yangban (aristocratic) families from their tenant farmers. It provides a direct, firsthand account of the grain and other goods received by noble households during that era.
