**Condition & Flaws:**

The overall printing condition is very clean. However, there is a minor crack on the connecting part on the back of the dress (skirt) brick. Please carefully examine detailed photos 3, 4, and 5. This does not affect playability, but sensitive buyers should reconsider.

Returns or refunds due to this specific flaw are not possible.

**Transaction Details:**

Direct transaction available at Gaepo 1-dong Community Center. Shipping via courier is also an option.

Please review the detailed photos of the flaw before contacting. Price is firm, no negotiation.
