Rent a Nemo costume for your graduation photos!

🐠 Available from May 19th onwards (minimum 4-day intervals).
🐠 Please search for '니모 대여' (Nemo Rental) on Kakao Open Chat and message '또치치' to inquire.

**Costume Includes:**
- Nemo Costume
- Bag
- Star-shaped hairpin (color random)

**Important Rental Information:**
1. **Cancellations:** To receive a full refund (excluding deposit), please notify us at least 4 days before your rental date.

2. **Shipping:** We only use standard domestic delivery (4,000 KRW).
* The renter is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

3. **Delivery Schedule:** Costumes are sent out 3 days before your rental date (excluding weekends). If the delivery is delayed by the courier and does not arrive by your desired date, a full refund (excluding deposit) will be issued.

4. **Return Policy:** The costume must be shipped back on the same day it is used. Please note that in cases of high demand, the costume may be sent directly to the next renter.
* If the renter fails to ship the costume on the same day due to their own mistake, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. **Condition:** Please return all components in the same condition as received. You may place the costume in a separate bag or use the original packaging, but please attach the shipping label directly to the original bag if you choose the latter.

6. **Security Deposit:** A security deposit of 10,000 KRW is required. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the costume without any damage or stains.

7. **Damages/Stains:** If visible stains or damage are found on the costume, you will be responsible for the original cost of the item, in addition to forfeiting the security deposit.
(Please refrain from excessive activities such as eating in the costume, going to the cafeteria, or rough play that could lead to damage.)
* The condition of the costume is documented with photos before shipping.

8. **Wrinkles:** Please be aware that the fabric is prone to wrinkling. Ironing or using a hairdryer is not recommended as it may damage the material. Do not machine wash the costume.

9. **Included Items:** All provided components must be returned (excluding snacks). Please handle the bag with care, as it can tear. A fee of 1,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit if the bag is damaged.

1) 예약 취소는 예약일 4일 전에는 말씀해주셔야 합니다 (보증금 빼고 전액 환불)

2) 택배는 일반택배만 받고 있습니다! (4,000원)
* 왕복 택배비 대여자분께서 별도 지급 해주셔야 합니다

3) 예약일 3일 전에 보내드립니다 -> 주말 제외 (택배사측의 문제로 배송이 원하는 날 전까지 안 올 시 보증금 빼고 전액 환불해드립니다)

4) 지정하신 날에 찍고 당일 날에 바로 택배 보내주셔야 합니다! ( 예약이 많을 시 택배는 대여자-> 대여자로 가는 점 참고해주세요 )
* 대여자의 실수로 인해 당일 택배가 안 될 시 그에 맞는 조취를 취하고 보증금을 돌려드릴 수 없습니다

5) 배송 온 구성 그대로 다시 보내주시고 택배 봉투는 따로 담아 보내셔도 되고 제가 포장한 봉투 위에 그대로 택배스티커 부착해서 보내주셔도 됩니다

6) 옷 대여를 담보로 보증금(10,000원)을 받고 있기 때문에 옷을 받고 하자나 오염이 없을 시 돌려드립니다

7) 대여하고 눈에 보이는 오염이나 옷에 하자가 있을 시 보증금 포함 원래 옷 가격을 따로 보내주셔야 합니다
( 대여한 옷을 입고 급식실을 가거나 음식을 먹거나 넘어질 정도로 과도한 행동은 삼가해주시길 바랍니다 )
* 옷 보내기 전에 상태 다 체크해놓고 미리 사진 찍어둡니다

8) 옷 재질상 주름이 잘 지는 재질이기 때문에 그 점 감안하고 대여부탁드립니다 ( 다리미질을 하거나 드라이기 사용할 시 옷이 탈 수 있어서 삼가해주세요 세탁도 돌리시면 안 됩니다 )

9) 대여할 때 드리는 구성품은 다 다시 돌려주셔야 합니다! (간식 빼고🤞🤞) 봉지도 찢어질 수 있으니 조심 부탁드립니다 ㅜㅜ (봉지에 하자가 생길 시 보증금에서 1,000원 빼고 돌려드립니다)
