## Rental Information (Please Read Carefully!!)

This is not a direct purchase. Please inquire about your desired rental date via chat first.

### Rental Details
* **Includes:** Penguin costume, hat, feet.
* **Rental Fee:** ₩20,000
* **Security Deposit:** ₩10,000 (Refundable upon confirmation of the costume's condition without any issues).
* **Return Shipping Fee:** Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost via Korea Post. The exact cost will be confirmed and communicated when the costume is sent out.

### Reservation Policy
* Cancellations are non-refundable, including both the rental fee and the security deposit.
* Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis for confirmed bookings, not just inquiries.
* Currently, only one reservation is accepted per week (for management purposes).

### Returns and Shipping
* A late fee of ₩30,000 per day will be charged for delayed returns.
* If the delay causes issues for the next renter, compensation for related costs may be required.
* **Mandatory Shipping:** The costume **must** be shipped via Korea Post on the day of your photoshoot, before the post office closing time. (Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the renter).
* **No Liability for Delays:** We are not responsible for non-arrival by the reserved date due to shipping delays or issues with the courier service.

### Additional Information
* We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping company's circumstances.
* For rentals, we will verify your student ID and contact information. This data will be immediately deleted after the rental period concludes.
* In case of loss, significant staining, damage, or tearing, you will be responsible for the full costume cost (₩50,000) plus the rental fee for the next scheduled renter.

I can begin sending out rentals starting May 9th (expected arrival on May 11th or 12th).

■ 대여 안내
- 구성: 펭귄 의상 / 모자 / 발
- 대여비: 20,000원
- 보증금: 10,000원 (의상 상태 확인 후 이상 없을 시 돌려드려요)
- 배송비:우체국 택배로 보내주셔야하고 택배비는 택배 보내드릴 때 확인하고 알려드리겠습니다(택배비는 본인부담)

■ 예약 관련
- 예약 취소 시 환불이 불가합니다(대여비,보증금 포함)
- 예약은 문의 순서가 아닌 확정 순서 기준으로 진행됩니다
-일단 예약은 일주일에 한분씩만 받고 있습니다(확인용)

■ 반납 및 배송
- 반송 지연 시 연체료 하루당 30,000원 발생합니다
- 다음 예약자에게 피해가 발생할 경우, 관련 비용에 대한 보상이 요구됩니다
- 촬영 당일 우체국 택배로 발송 필수이며 마감시간 전까지 꼭 보내주셔야합니다(택배비 본인 부담)

■ 기타 안내
- 택배사 사정으로 인한 배송 지연에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다
- 대여 시 학생증 및 연락처를 확인하며, 거래 종료 후 즉시 삭제합니다
- 분실, 오염,파손, 찢김 발생 시 의상 비용전액 (50000원) 및 다음 예약자 대여비를 부담하셔야합니다
