- Due to policy changes effective August 2024 requiring mandatory payment via Pay, shipping methods like mail, indirect delivery (Bantaek), courier delivery (Kkitaek), and registered mail (Jundeungi) which have long delivery times are not possible.
- Items are typically dispatched the next day (Friday-Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday).
- Dispatch date will be provided before or immediately after payment, before packaging.
- After transaction approval, packaging process will be documented (3+ photos: before, during, and after packaging).
- Nendoroid figures will be packaged with at least 3 layers of bubble wrap.
- A service gift will be provided with every purchase.
