This is the Salon concept product from the Pearl Heart + Ribbon compact series, 100% complete.
The compacts in this series are made of a material that is very prone to coating peeling. It's rare to find one without peeling, but the product I'm selling is in excellent condition!! As you can see from the photos, this is a very rare item, and it's in superb condition. If you are looking for one in good condition, you should buy it immediately.
