This artifact is exceptional for its Arhat statue, which features a more human-like and pained expression than typical Buddhist figures.

Notably, the three holes on the base and the hole on the back were intended to prevent internal pressure from causing cracks during firing in the kiln. This indicates that the statue has a hollow 'tube' structure.

Personally, I estimate this piece to have been created during the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China period.

이 유물은 일반적인 불상보다 훨씬 인간적이고 고뇌하는 듯한 나한의 표정이 압권입니다. 특히 바닥면의 구멍 3개와 등 뒤의 구멍은 가마에서 구울 때 내부 압력으로 터지는 것을 막기 위한 용도인데, 이는 이 조각상이 내부가 비어 있는 '통형' 구조임을 알려줍니다. 개인적으로 청말~민국시기에 제작되었을 것으로 추정합니다.
