Due to the nature of private transactions, exchanges or refunds due to simple changes of mind are not possible.

Due to the nature of figure products, minor paint errors, factory defects (factory damage), or poor finishing that occur during the manufacturing process are not recognized as product defects, and refunds for these reasons are not possible.

Please refer to the attached photos of the actual item being shipped for the condition of the packaging (box, plastic wrap, capsule, etc.). Those sensitive to packaging condition are asked to refrain from purchasing.

Returns are not possible except for clear product defects such as obvious breakage.

To certify product defects, a 'first unboxing video' taken immediately after receiving the product is absolutely required. (Only videos taken in one continuous take with the delivery invoice visible will be recognized.)
