* The operating system is Windows 8. Attempts to upgrade to Windows 11 resulted in errors (see photo 11).
* Internet connectivity is currently unavailable. The Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports connect, but the browser does not open. Troubleshooting suggests installing Windows 11 might resolve this, potentially by installing from an SSD.
* The battery holds a charge for approximately 30 minutes and is considered functional, but the laptop must be used with the adapter plugged in.
* The keyboard is fully functional.
* The laptop comes with the power adapter and cord only. A bag and mousepad are not included.
This laptop is recommended for users with technical expertise who can troubleshoot and set up the system. All necessary information is provided in the photos. Returns due to buyer's remorse are not accepted. Secure payment is required for shipping arrangements.
