사무라이 진스의 S512XXBC 플레어 데님입니다.

요즘에야 고집을 꺾었지만 예전엔 순수 일본산 데님을 만들겠다며 공장 뒷마당에 목화 농사하면서 원단을 짜던 미친놈들입니다.

그래서인지 페이딩이 진짜 아름답게 빠지는데 셀비지 원단의 제작 컨트롤의 차원이 다르다고 생각합니다. 미세한 장력 조절이 들어가면서 원단의 텐션을 조정해 요철이나 넵을 뽑는 의도된 불량에 의존하지 않고도 불규칙적인 워싱감을 보여줍니다.

그래서 최근에 나오는 사무라이진스를 다시 한 번 사볼까 싶기도 했던 의미 있는 녀석입니다.

생각해보니 제가 군 입대할때 훈련소에 입고 들어갔던 바지네요. 기념으로 남겨둘까 싶지만 입지를 않으니 더 좋은 주인에게 마땅히 옷의 역할을 다 할 수 있도록 보내주려 합니다.

사이즈는 30인데 사무라이는 이때 초 고온스 데님을 만들어서 18온스인가 그럴겁니다.
