This is a Sanrio Hello Kitty Kaohana Pink Pen Stand.
I know this is hard to find and there aren't any new ones for sale.
Because it's made of ceramic, there's some burn marks around it (see photo).
I don't think it's suitable for use as a teacup, but rather as a pen stand!
I haven't used it and just left it in its original packaging.
