A unique and striking tea bowl from the Song Dynasty, Jian Ware.

This distinctive tea bowl features a bold, intense green glaze with mottled yokbyeon patterns harmoniously arranged both inside and out, creating a truly individual piece.

The inscription 'Gongyu' (供御), signifying it was supplied to the Song imperial court, is clearly engraved inside the foot rim. This contrasts beautifully with the dark brown earthenware, adding to its antique charm.

Fine crazing (ice crackle) is well-developed throughout, offering excellent visual appeal for collectors and display.

The natural glaze variations along the walls and the unique color palette create a profound atmosphere when filled with tea, making this a captivating vessel.

This is a rare ceramic piece that has been in collection for a long time.
