Items will be shipped securely in a rigid mailer, bubble wrap, and a box.

**Please Read Before Purchasing:**
* Cancellations/refunds are not possible due to manufacturing defects such as minor scratches, spots, coating/printing imperfections, or vinyl creases.
* The trend since 2026 is to not exchange items unless there is a significant defect. However, we do our best to exchange items found on-site during receipt.
* The seller is not responsible for any damage during shipping. (Photos of the item's corners will be sent before shipping to confirm good condition, and the courier will be booked with the buyer's consent.)
* Records are kept until transaction confirmation, so please refrain from intentional damage.

**Shipping Information:**
* A3 posters are shipped in two formats depending on the item price: rigid mailer + bubble wrap + box, or bubble wrap + box. The shipping format is indicated at the top of the product page.
* To prevent damage to the poster due to box imprints during shipping, a box larger than the poster is used. (Refer to example photos.)
* A3 posters will be exclusively shipped via Korea Post.
