The front shell has some scratches (please refer to photos 5 and 6). I personally used it with a case, so it was not a major issue for me. The screen has a protective film applied. While there were pre-existing scratches on the screen before the film, they are not easily noticeable during gameplay.
Overall, the device shows signs of use. Sensitive buyers are advised to refrain from purchasing.
