‼️ Important Notes ‼️
By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.

Once the order status shows 'preparing for shipment,' cancellation, refund, or return is not possible.

- If any issues arise with the delivered product after shipment, the buyer must contact the courier service directly. The seller is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

- Before opening, please record a video of the unsealed item from the point of receiving the package or box. The video should be continuous and unedited, showing the unsealed state.
This video is necessary for inquiries with the courier service and compensation claims in case of damage.

- As a collector myself, I will note any defects discovered at the time of listing.
However, if no inquiries are made regarding defects, they will not be individually addressed. Sensitivity to defects varies among individuals, making refunds or partial refunds for such reasons impossible.

Manufacturing defects can occur with merchandise. These can arise from the factory production process or during the item's handling. Those who are particularly sensitive to minor flaws are advised to reconsider the purchase.
