This is a landscape painting by the master of Korean Southern School painting, Imjeon (林田) Heo Mun (許文, 1941~).

Artist Heo Mun is the fourth generation artist to inherit the painting lineage of the Unrimsanbang family, a central figure in the Honam art scene. His grandfather was Nam-Nong Heo Geon, a master of Southern painting.

He is particularly famous for his dreamlike depictions of misty mountain temples through his 'unmu sansu' (misty mountain landscapes).
