This is a European release CD of the OST for the 2017 X Japan film, 'We Are X.' The booklet features the genuine signatures of five members from the reunion lineup: Yoshiki, Toshi, Heath, Sugizo, and Pata.

This CD was signed during an event held at HMV in London to commemorate the album's release. It was originally sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the store, and this item was acquired by chance.

The signatures are clean with no smudging. The CD itself has not been played and is in mint condition.

Notably, the signature of Heath, who passed away in 2023, is included.
