Yumi Arai The Concert with old Friends 는 마츠토야 유미의 아라이 유미 명의의 라이브 앨범이다. 라이브 앨범으로서는 1986년의 「YUMING VISUALIVE DA·DI·DA」이후 10년만의 발매가 되었다.
96년 8월13,14,15일에 나카노 선플라자에서 행해진 아라이 유미 콘서트의 라이브반. 
콘서트 자체, 마쓰토야 유미가 아닌 아라이 유미 시대의 악곡을, 당시의 뮤지션과 함께 재현한다고 하는 것으로, 그것이 이렇게 기록으로 남겨진 것만으로도 귀중한 것이다.
CD에는 콘서트 팜플렛 축소판인 'yumia labook~Memory of Summer 1996' 이 들어 있다.
