Jo Yuri interprets 'waltz' as an attitude towards life. 'Y-Waltz' contains both Jo Yuri's initial 'Y' and the word 'Why,' which can be interpreted as the reason 'why we dance.'
This album showcases a more mature Jo Yuri with the calm and static [Andante] version and the rhythmic and lively [Allegro] version. In the music video for the title track "Love Shhh!," Jo Yuri dances in the city and spends time in unexpected places, portraying a cool image of not caring about past love, much like a teen movie.
Each track showcases Jo Yuri's diverse charms. The album includes five songs, from the lively and confident title track "Love Shhh!" to the sweet ballad "This Time" and Jo Yuri's self-composed song "Opening."
Especially, the last track, "Opening," foretells the new side of Jo Yuri. The first track, "Round and Around," expresses the desire for the album to be listened to repeatedly after hearing all the tracks.

조유리는 '왈츠'를 삶을 대하는 자세로 해석한다. 'Y-Waltz'는 조유리의 이니셜 'Y(와이)'와 단어 'Why(와이)'를 동시에 내포하고 있어, '왜 춤을 추는지' 그 이유에 대한 해석으로도 풀이할 수 있다.
이번 앨범은 차분하고 정적인 몸짓의 [Andante] 버전과 리드미컬하고 경쾌한 느낌의 [Allegro] 버전을 통하여 한층 성숙해진 비주얼의 조유리를 만날 수 있다. 타이틀곡 “러브 쉿!”의 뮤직비디오 속 조유리는 도심 속에서 갑자기 춤을 추기도 하고 엉뚱한 곳에서 시간을 보내는데, 지나간 사랑 따위는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 쿨한 모습을 보여주며 마치 한 편의 하이틴 영화처럼 그려냈다.
또한 매 트랙마다 다채로운 조유리의 매력을 만날 수 있다. 경쾌하고 발랄하며 자신감 넘치는 타이틀곡 “러브 쉿!”부터 감미로운 발라드 곡 “This Time”, 그리고 조유리의 자작곡 “Opening”을 포함하여 총 다섯 곡으로 이루어져 있다.
